Application Instructions:

1.  Ensure your wood product is cleaned thoroughly prior to application.  
2.  Most wood kitchen products require mild soap and water to ensure surface is clean.  
3.  After cleaning, allow your wood product to dry completely prior to applying 21 Woodshop Board Butter.  
4.  Apply and even coat of "Board Butter” using a cloth or disposable towel.   
5.  Continue to work the butter into the surface to ensure good penetration and protection.  
6.  Allow the Board Butter to penetrate overnight and wipe off any excess butter from entire surface.    
7.  Board Butter should be applied approximately once per month. 
8.  Board butter is particularly useful for ensuring your charcuteries boards are looking their best for parties.  

*** Please note: It is very important to treat all sides of cutting boards, bowls, charcuterie boards, and spoons in order to prevent any cupping or warping.  All cutting boards or charcuteries boards should be dried on all sides after washing.  Uneven drying of wood products from water left on surface can lead to cupping or warping.
